Group Sound Baths

The beautiful sounds and frequency vibrations from a sound bath can relax, soothe an overactive mind, induce a meditive state, even induce sleep. The positive frequency of the instruments balance your energies and realign them with the sounds frequency. A negative state of mind is lifted, a positive state of mind is maintained, and as previously stated, the troubled mind is soothed.

This sound bath takes place in my home, (until I find a suitable alternative venue) and so spaces are limited and must be paid in advance to secure your place. Full address is given on confirmation of payment. A minimum number of 3 participants are required, so when I have sufficient orders for a group session, I will get in touch to discuss a mutually acceptable date and time for the session for all concerned.
